I delivered my resume in person at the store and they told me that the manager was actually there at the time and she would take a look. After she skimmed my resume she invited me back for an interview that next week. When I arrived we went into the back room and I was interviewed by the store manager and the stock manager. They asked general questions about why I wanted to work there, a time when I had experianced exceptional customer service, my abbilty to recognize/ my response to stealing etc. It was mainly ethical and circumstancial questions. There was only one interview and they offered me the job then and there.

Please describe a time when you experianced exceptional customer service and what the person did that made it so great?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
