Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Gap (San Francisco, CA) en sept 2015
Entrevista
The interview started really late. Me and 2 other girls were waiting for about half an hour after the scheduled time. Then one of the sales associates came and told us to pick 2 outfits, one that would transition from summer to fall, and one that would represent ourselves. After that we took the clothes to the assistant manager, who asked us why we picked those and then asked basic interview questions. Even though I had applied for a part-time job, they told us that we had to stay 1,2 nights a week until 11:30 to close the store (which is difficult for me because I commute by public transportation), and also we had to come on weekends, it's not an option, and holiday working is non negotiable, we have to be there. I don't think one can call all these mandatory hours a flexible schedule. They emphasized a lot on selling GapCards; you have to sell a minimum amount of cards each week, it's like the only important thing there.

Tell me about yourself. Why gap? A time when you came out of your comfort zone. How do you learn new things? ( visual, hands on, etc.)
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
