The interview process was simple and easy. The questions were straightforward, and the interviewer was friendly and laid-back. Experience (or lack thereof) in retail was not a concern. The interviewer spent some time explaining to me the importance of customer service. Based on the interview alone, this would be an accessible job for someone who doesn't have much work experience.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
