First round interview with HR (1 hour). The interviewer was 10+ minutes late for the video call but the overall conversation was still decent and quite open, including regarding compensation for the role. Was asked to fill out an online personality test later on (30 minutes).
Second round interview with direct hiring manager (1 hour), again as a video call. Also an at least average experience in terms of the conversation/discussion that took place but did not feel very in-depth.
Got an overall strange vibe from both interviewers that they were somehow not keen to promote their own company/the advertised job. Never got any feedback/definite answer after the second round interview, despite HR reassuring me several times, also in writing, they would let me know either way.
The process, for what it ended up being, was quite drawn out (6+ weeks) and felt rather haphazard, especially in comparison to other companies I interviewed with. Ghosting candidates after several in-person interviews comes across as very unprofessional.
