Interview process was worst. I cleared 3 technical rounds and rejected in HR due to my expected salary was not matched. Even HR person was not called me for negotiation. I just told my expectation and later I didn't get call. If I am not able to clear the technical rounds then it's fine to reject. But you are rejecting candidate after taking 3 technical rounds and without negotiating salary then it is not expected.
