The interview process was straightforward and simple. The interviewers were kind and professional. Everything pertaining to the interview was emailed beforehand andd all expectations were clear. The response time post interview was also short and professional.

Very thoughtful and collaborative with the opportunity to ask questions. Good testing of knowledge of synthetic Organic Chemistry with medicinal Chemistry knowledge also tested. Tours of laboratories were useful as well for the context.

The interview process was very rigorous and unnecessarily repetitive for a very entry level position. They were very disorganized and not good at communicating questions and when I misunderstood I was laughed at by the team.
