It was a video interview along with some ranking questions and writing out emails. The video interview was mostly asking your motivations for the role. The ranking questions were a bit tougher in the GSK life stage.

Online Assessment process consisted of a whole range of real world application problems within different industry department such as clinical trials and manufacturing and marketing. There were also questions based on a set of data (graphs, tables) given to you.
