This position was part of the Future Leaders Programme at GSK. The selection process is a multi-step process with the following steps- application submission, psychometric testing, motivational questions (why do you want to work for GSK?), video interview, assessment centre. I got through until the video interview stage. The interview process itself was pretty straightforward and they give you plenty of instructions beforehand. Having said that, I was surprised by the kind of questions they asked.
