It took three months. Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. Very poor communication in between. The phone interviews were very professional. The in person interviews were a joke. I never had an interview where all you did is listen. Not one question was asked about me except for personal things that they legally can't ask. They asked anyway, I answered anyway. I did get the job.
