The interview process was very professional, and well thought out. Initially a phone screening was conducted, after which the first panel interview was scheduled. Everyone was courteous and professional, asking questions to assess my suitability for the role, and to understand my working history. After this panel interview a take-home task was issued, to be completed within a week and then demonstrated in the next panel interview. I completed the task and showed what I had done, after which I received feedback, and was asked to provide references. After providing my references I was quickly shown a contract to read-over during the weekend. The entire process was completed over the span of approximately 2-3 weeks, which was impressive given how in-depth the hiring process was.
