At some point they ask you to take online tests that evaluate your critical thinking. They bring you in and ask you about your resume. Then they tell you the deal with the company. The structure (everyone starts in QA and moves from there), the hours (they tell you 45 hours a week is required but the truth is higher than that), and the belief in personal development (follows the enneagram personality system). To my knowledge anyone interested after the interview gets a job offer.
