Process is very long and not very streamlined for a company such as GE (who was known for lean/six sigma). Interviews are scheduled with an in-house team; information to book travel was sent the day before I was scheduled to fly out. I need Interviewed with multiple people, some asking the same questions. Could do this process better.

Virtual Interview and 2 rounds of face to face interview was planned to be held in the month of November. Face to face interview held in job location in bangalore
