I did the virtual interview. They asked common strength-based questions and gave you some time to prepare your answer before recording. There were also some tests of mental ability, which were quite difficult and had a time limit.

Met at the career fair. Gave them my resume. Then I was contacted the next day to schedule an interview. After the interview, I heard back a few weeks later that I should expect an offer, then got the official offer and was able to have a week or two to decide.
