They never disclosed how much I would be paid until at the very end following a drug screen. The entire process takes 3 weeks and anytime money is brought up they sort of brush it under the rug because the pay is not good. Company culture wasnt a fit for me, very dull atmosphere in the southfield office, its a tiny little office with 3 or 4 people working in offices with doors closed. I would go crazy. Commission is split between entire sales team btw. So the lazy salesmen reap the rewards of hard working young talent. I would do yourself a favor and not waste your time with this company.
