Interview process was fairly straightforward. I met with 2 of the managers and they asked me questions about my work experience, education, and knowledge of the industry. They had my resume in front of them along with another paper with a list of questions they were asking and made notes throughout the interview. At the end they allowed me to ask them questions about the position and the company. My only issue is that they said I would hear back from them about their decision, but I never did. Just rubs me the wrong way when employers take time to interview and then don't follow up.
