My experience: 1. It was a REALLY smooth hiring process during my interviews - three round of interviews, written exercise and reference check. It all were completed within 2 weeks. 2. Recruiter and hiring managers are respectful and easy to communicate during interviews 3. The turnaround time to get back to the candidate was super efficient, recruiter would keep you posted on your hiring status. Area for improvement: If i have to say something that needs to be improved, that is to offer more details to the candidates about what are the contents for further rounds of interviews - sometimes different interviewers have specific questions for the candidates in order to better understand the candidates. (e.g. leadership ability/style, problem solving skills, communication skills , etc.)
