Probably the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The interviewer came dressed in what looked like a bathrobe, and had to mute and switch off her camera because someone off screen kept making them laugh. This happened a few times. It's honestly shocking.

Very unprofessional behaviour overall. Communication throughout the process was horrible. Sending emails at 3AM, not responding in time etc. They even scheduled an interview and then failed to send the meeting link at one stage.

Interviews are quite casual. They generally ask for a description of your toughest challenge. Passing the interviews are about demonstrating confidence, competency and enthusiasm. Successful candidates are those that can defend their work and demonstrate a passion for problem solving.
