Since no task brief or instructions were shared in this case, and availability was only requested, the second-stage interview had not yet been confirmed. This has caused the the clash of your arrival with confirmed candidate for that date and time. We tried to remain flexible and accommodate the timing since you have arrived but the scheduled interview with confirmed candidate took longer than expected.
