I went through a total of 4 interviews (recruiter intake, hiring manager, meeting the team, HR representative). The interview process took about 2 months. Mostly due to falling within the winter holiday period. Scheduling the calls could’ve been smoother, as the calls were postponed to a week later on 2 occasions. However, the calls (all online) were very conversational and felt very relaxed. Didn’t totally feel like an interview which was nice and helped me feel comfortable. People across departments were also very friendly. They also provided feedback at the end of almost every session, which I appreciated.
