I felt they were more keen to find out about me as a person, it wasn't your traditional stuffy interview at all. I was asked about a variety of things from my interest's and hobbies to where i want to be in the future. The whole process start to end felt personable, some interview processes you can feel just another number but FMG took the time and effort to ensure not only i was right for the company but that they were right for me too. By far the best process i've been through in my career so far!
