It was a nice and candid selection process, very different from other organizations. The assignments given as the screening process majorly focussed on the attention to detail of the candidate and the comprehending abilities.

5 rounds - Moderate. There was an assignment too. The Interviews are not very hard but also it depends on the position you are applying for. For an associate level, be yourself, have a candid conversation, great english and a bit enthusiasm.
