Entrevista
Before you even talk to anyone you will need to take an on-line test. The test consisted of 7 questions and what they what is for you to write the code on web page so they can see how you think. They don't care if you misspell a method name or missing a period, they are looking at how you think. There were 6 programming questions and one SQL question. The test records all your keystrokes. The test did not ask for advance features just simple things like sum the numbers from 1 to 100 but exclude any number that has a zero in it. This is NOT one of the questions but you get the idea. It took me about 80 minutes, I thought it was fun.
Well I passed this and got to the second round to come in for an interview. I indicated they pick the day and time and I will be there. So they picked Friday and 10:30 in the morning. When I got there and ask for the person to see, he did not even know I was coming! He then gathered two developers who had no clue about me ahead of time and I gave each a copy of my resume. The interview was not hard and the question where general, see questions below. After I finished this interview which took an hour and ten minutes I was directed to the bosses office. After about five minutes I was told the boss had over booked and had three concurrent meets at the same time! I was they would call and bring me back for a second interview. It would have been nice if they indicated would you not mind and sit at the front until the boss is freed up. Well I left and I did pass the second round and was being asked to return for a second interview which I turned down. If a company is expected for me to have my 'A' game on I except the same from them.

Entrevista
I only had the initial interview during which I was asked questions about my experience with serverless computing, ORMs, multi threading and debugging. The only area where I lacked experience was multi threading and I was candid in my response. The interviewer listened to my answers and appeared to be taking notes but didn't really offer any feedback as to whether my answers were acceptable. Finally, I was given the opportunity to ask the interviewer questions.

First round was all real time questions . Focused on API security . Full stack , clustering based questions .
Second round was coding . They wanted to design an application and write code in a notepad . I explained the design patterns , focused on db design and ui design. Interview went well but not sure why they didn’t offer .

Entrevista
Straight forward interviews, but the process took a while (over a month) since I had to interview with each level independently (director, technical team leads, HR, leadership). The interviews with leadership (a director and a VP) were mostly just conversations about me and about the company. I sense that they were primarily trying to see how well I would fit into the culture and suss out any weird attitudes or misrepresentations on my resume. The HR interview was quick and straight forward. It was basically to make sure both I and the company were on the same page about compensation and expectations and to answer any HR questions I might have. There were no whiteboarding or code tests or anything like that in the technical interview, which I really appreciated. I'm a good programmer, but I like to think about what I am doing and don't perform well with someone looking over my shoulder. The technical questions were more theory based and not looking for specific code (or even code at all). All in all it was a great and thorough interview process, even if it did take a while. The extended process would have been a lot more annoying if I hadn't been employed while I was interviewing. As it was, it was just a minor inconvenience.
