Friendly, remarkably open and sincere, they did their best to make me feel at ease. The interview was via Google Meets and I had some problems with connectivity due to bad weather at my location. They were pretty understanding of the situation, and did not use that as a criteria in determining my suitability for the role - unlike a lot of other employers who seem to be looking for the first excuse to disqualify you. No awkward, unnecessary, or probing questions. An excellent interview in my opinion.
