Almost the entire interview was done on line from my computer, which I rather prefer, even the typing test and the voice testing was done by a computer that called me. Within 2 days, I was asked to come in for a face to face interview with a live person of which they just asked me personality questions and scenario questions, like, what if you had a customer that did or said this.....
