Beyond easy. Worryingly so. The offer reflected that. Less that 2.5 eur an hour will always chase away skilled workforce. Sitel should know better.
Everything was conducted within a couple of days. No-brainer interview process.
Offices are nicely furnished, and conveniently located. Work hours are definitely not well thought out, but at least the break is included within 8 hour days.

I was invited to two interviews on site and for the thire and final one with the manager, the first time the manager didnt show up so o had to comeback the next day and once again the manager wasnt there so they arranged a phone call and after having answered all the questions they simply rejected my application without any reason. The company needs more organization

A good system to do interviews online. less stress to prepare myself to answer all questions on the website, using video recording. It is better to give an explanation clearly with some situation examples that you faced when working at your previous company.
