      Odd questions not at all applicable to the role. Came across as if they are trying to ask tough questions to just try and be difficult. People performing the interviews in public places so difficult to focus with what was happening in the background.

      Stay away from this company. Pros - Recruiter and scheduling is very easy to deal with. Process - I was contacted by recruiter to have a 30 mins call for screening after which they scheduled me to an interview with hiring manager followed by two people for a case interview. Case interview: One from marketing and another from ops. The first interview with marketing person was a horrible experience. She asked me a case question and would then go on to be distracted in her own world when I was trying to work with her on the case. The person had minimum data literacy judging me on the case. Not at all interested in my assumptions or theories of how I would go on about solving the problem just trying to get her pov across. They look down upon you like they're doing great work and your experience is just not enough. The ops person was good, he was interested in what I've been doing so far in my career etc. After the interview, they said they wouldn't be moving forward without giving feedback. The company's goal seems to be their main focus but hardly any data to backup their claims of doing actual good work when asked about it. In all, they waste your time, truly dodged a bullet to be honest.
