The interview process consisted of three rounds:
Behavioral Interview (30 mins): This round focused on understanding my interests, background, and alignment with the company's culture.
Technical Interview (1 hour): I had a positive experience in this round. The interviewer was helpful and seemed satisfied with my solution to the coding problem, which involved finding the shortest path on a 2D array (simulating a keyboard) to type a word. I also handled the follow-up questions related to duplicate keys and performance analysis effectively.
On-site Interview (3 hours): Although I didn't make it to this final round, it was supposed to cover additional technical, behavioral, and system design aspects.
Overall, the interview process was well-structured, with clear communication and expectations set at every stage. The recruiters and interviewers were professional and created a comfortable environment.
Despite the positive experience, I was rejected after the Technical Interview round without any specific feedback or explanation. The lack of closure and transparency regarding the decision was disappointing, especially considering my successful performance in the earlier rounds.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.

It was pretty normal as far as interviews in tech go for entry level engineers. It felt like they were spending more time selling me on their product than on questioning me. Some standard Leetcode style question.

Medium difficulty. Interviewed before the company abruptly shut down. Like the team, did not get many specifics about the business, particularly regarding the care pods. It was a few phone screens and then onsite.
