It was a lengthy 3 part interview with the first two covering your previous experience and education. Then transitioned into what the position is about and how to perform. The interviews were brief 30min.
The interview process is three stages: First with recruiter where they will ask you basic questions including your knowledge of the product, then an regional business development, followed by one more interview.

To give a mock example of of cold sales interaction. They will provide you with a product overview describing Forwards technology to prepare. Mostly, they would like to see how you ask prospects questions and handle objections.

The interview process was pretty standard. They did ask for a practice sales pitch in the call. So you had to prepare a sales pitch for a thing and then present it to the recruiter.
