If you read some of the bad interview experiences people have had with the CEO, I experienced this in conversation with the recruiter and engineers as well. They will ask pointed, judgmental questions to see if you vibe with their mission and will drink their kool aid. They will really press on asking you what type of company or industry you want to work in and talk down on your choices.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.
