Applied online and was contacted to come in for a interview a couple days later. Very unprofessional setting. Interview was conducted on the floor in the corner of the window display unit. The manager (downtown location) literally the sat on the floor and invited me to join her there. Conducted during store hours at peak traffic time. Manager said she could not do the interview in the back room as it was a mess (i guess she was too lazy to walk into the mall to find seating).
