Ford doesn't own there HR recruitment team.They higher through consultancy. The processing is very much transparent,No hide and seek . Good to work in the company. Candidate should should have good management skill

Total 3 rounds of interview one is case study second is technical round third is behavioral.
Case study is almost an hour and other rounds also 1 hour each. Results are announced on the same day.
Interview covered almost all the aspects. Interview was so tough and the grilled a lot
