I had pretty long process. Applied on line, phone interview and extensive second interview with a lot of paperwork, tests, forms... I was informed a few days later, they would like of me to have second (third) interview for higher position. Video interview, with some of higher ranking engineers. Than more paperwork. I had been offered job with pretty low pay, which I accepted. Company pays results, not position. I am aware, it will be long process to get to the point. I am aware, this in not the company for someone who is not confident in their knowledge or willing to work and learn along the process. But, I would advise anyone for any position with Ford Audio Video to try, apply and be prepared for long, steady process either you are beginner or advanced in a/v business, than work out yourself up.
I have to prize HR department for being courteous, professional and very nice. My experience was exceptional and I don't know from where are coming all of the bad reviews. I, actually, enjoyed all three levels of interviews.
