I was called in 2 weeks after I submitted my application after the interview the manger told me that they would send me an email to continue the process. It was rarely short and honestly really comfortable and they eased my nerves (this is my first job) Sadly I didn’t receive one so I called the assistant manager thinking it was the store (sometimes they call from personal numbers) and was told that the store closed the same day of my interview because of COVID. My thing was why didn’t y’all call all of the candidates and tell them that. Anyway, a month later I go in for a second interview because they didn’t remember what happened in the first later that evening I received an email saying I received the job. Once again super comfortable we made jokes they related to me and things I said. So I wait for contact on when to come in and everything, I never received it, so I text the assistant manager AGAIN ( I texted her doing the break to see if the store had opened up) Tell me why the me why the manager went on vacation and so here I am almost 2 weeks after receiving the job waiting for some sort of contact. But I can’t say it was bad because COVID is tripping everything up but what I can say is they are super friendly and I really enjoyed my interviews they ask pretty basic questions.

The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

If an item was out of stock, how would you handle that situation with a customer?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
