Unorganized. A true waste of time. Wouldn't recommend this company. I received a call from the HR to ask me if I'd be available for the interview the next day in Chennai, and only when I said I live in Bangalore (that's something I have clearly mentioned on my profile), they realized (mistake no. 1). They still asked me if I can come, and I requested them to conduct the initial rounds over phone and said that I'm willing to come to Chennai for the final round but not for every round. The HR said they would arrange for an Audio Call/Telephonic interview at 11 AM the next day. The next day, there was no mail or message or call at 11, so I waited till 11:15, then called them at 11:25 and 11:30, and there was no answer. I called them at 11:45 AM and the HR said she was "busy" all long. (Mistake no. 2, really annoying!). It was then that she said that before the telephonic round, I have to give a written test and the time for that would be 1 hour asking me if I was ready for it right away. This time, I had to insist that they send me the link on time. I gave the test, which was actually very easy, informed them and asked when I can expect them to inform the results. I was not ready for some vague answer, so i asked them to clearly tell me when. It was then that I was told that their first choice would be local candidates, so my profile would be put on hold, (Mistake no. 3 - why call me then, if you prefer only local candidates?) and they would call update me by the end of the day and obviously they did not call (mistake no. 4). They also intentionally avoid calls from candidates as they are seen online a few minutes after you call them on TrueCaller. This is how much you value others' time? I'm happy to not work for you.
