I recently interviewed for an Account Manager position at Flexport. The interview process consisted of four stages, and it became clear that the function and decision making are largely managed by the Dutch team. Unfortunately, my overall candidate experience was disappointing. After investing considerable time in four interview rounds, I was told I would receive feedback, but no one reached out. I had to follow up myself, and only after chasing the recruiter did I receive a rejection. I fully understand that not every interview results in an offer, and I have no issue with being rejected. However, I do expect clear and timely communication, especially after such an extensive interview process. Candidates invest a great deal of time and effort, and a simple follow up should not require chasing the recruitment team. The interviewers themselves were professional, but the lack of communication after the process left me with a poor impression of Flexport's recruitment experience.

The interview consists of two rounds, both conducted by a senior manager. The first round primarily focuses on questions related to your motivation and personal experience. The second round involves a scenario-based test (approximately 20 minutes), after which the interviewer will ask you to explain your reasoning to gauge your understanding of the industry.

Case study+Behavioral questions. Account manager was very friendly and patient. I think it’s a good interview experience. Even there was a case study that I didn’t familiar with, I still feel very delighted to have this kind of challenge.
