The interview process is quite lengthy. In total, I had six different interviews with various team members representing different offices around the country. The ability to connect with so many new people over the course of two weeks was an exciting experience for me as well. As I navigated through the process each step played off one another and similar questions were asked throughout all six interviews. I came prepared with a background in the logistics industry but not a ton of knowledge in international freight forwarding. They want to hear about your experience and how that can drive them forward to be sucsessful.
