First interview was a face to face with a Regional director, Regional said he would narrow it down to 3 candidates and that VP would be in touch for final phone interview if I made it to final 3, a few days later, I got the phone call with VP which lasted for 20 minutes and was offered the job soon after. On application they ask you to list target salary, I thought they were joiking with the first salary offer of $50k, that was a shock.
