Aptitude round is the first step to the recruitment process and typically consists of objective type questions and numerical problems. The purpose of this round is to evaluate the problem solving and analytical skills of the examinee. Technical interview is the second phase where candidates have to answer questions based on their technical knowledge. This round provides an opportunity to the recruiters to judge the applicants’ knowledge, working style and problem solving capability. The final round is HR round.
