Entrevista
March 8th - Was approached by their in-house recruiter on LinkedIn and we ascertained interest on both sides we agreed.
March 9th - Had a screening call with another of their in-house recruiters. Ascertained continued interest on both sides. Steps in the planned process were clearly laid out, culminating in a planned final decision by first week of April.
March 11th. Interview with the hiring manager. Positive call with comments made on good career and skillset fit. Told I'd be informed of next steps by March 19th.
March 22nd. Emailed hiring manager to see if there was an update. No response received.
March 23rd. Emailed in-house recruiter. No response received.
March 26th. Emailed hiring manager and in-house recruiter. No response received.
March 31st. Emailed hiring manager and in-house recruiter. Received email back apologizing for delay and told there should be updates by end of next week (April 9th)
April 13th. Emailed asking for an update. Received a response on April 19th that it had been taking longer than expected but they were meeting internally on April 20th to decide next steps.
April 29th. Emailed in-house recruiter to see if there was any update. Received email on April 30th saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I requested a single piece of feedback as to what I lacked so I could learn from the experience (and made it clear this was not for me to defend myself or ask for reconsideration).
May 4th. Received a response that the only feedback they could give me on why I was not selected was 'we have decided to move forward with other candidates'.
