I was invited to the interview and met with the hiring manager. I was told that they we very interested in me as a candidate after the interview. I followed up four or five times over the course of a month and was told every time that filling the role was on hold. Interviewing candidates to put a role on hold is very unprofessional. Filevine demonstrated no regard or consideration for the value of an applicant's time. This speaks volumes to the value they put on people. I couldn't in good faith recommend looking at working for such a company.
