This company is either forgetful or just plain unprofessional. I applied online and was contacted by someone within hours to schedule a phone screening for the following day. I had to reschedule the time of the phone call and we both agreed on a new day and time, but then they never called me and I never heard from them again.

I was contacted within minutes after emailing in an application. I was asked to schedule an initial phone interview, which ended up being more of a conversation than a true interview. Interviewer failed to take into account the time difference, so she called me one hour before the agreed time. I was told about the job position and the company's goals. I was also asked about various details about my resume and my capabilities. I specifically asked when I'd hear back, and I never did.
