I was first called about a week or so after applying. I was given some information about the position and asked if I was still interested. Once I voiced that I was she scheduled another more formal phone interview for the next day.
That interview was more about my skills and experience. There were quite a few behavioral questions as well. Luckily, that one went well too and I was invited to an in-person interview.
The in-person had about 9 other candidates and we were given a brief tour before starting a presentation on the company and a brief overview of the job. A current employee came in after about an hour and we were able to ask her any questions we had. The hiring managers then came and called us out for our 2:1 interviews.
Mostly behavioral questions with that interview. Be as specific and descriptive as possible. Any technical skills should be mentioned here for sure!
I was called about an hour after I got home and told that they'd like to continue on with the hiring process. I just got my offer letter today and signed it. All in all a great experience!
I encourage anyone applying to genuinely enthusiastic about the job and company. Do some research if you aren't familiar.

Why do you want to work for Fidelity? Why this position?
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.

Interview starts with a phone call from recruiter, and then you move on to a branch leader for the future location you will work at and you have the chance to speak with some of the team.

The job description was nothing like what the said it was. They advertised it as hybrid when it was full time in office. Implied would be customer service when it was sales.
