Screen phone call with recruiter, passed to next round. They ran a credit check. Discussed credit check in second call with recruiter and then was passed to final round with two hiring managers. Final round was a zoom call 30-25 mins where they ask you many behavior questions and ask for examples. Use star method. Also be ready to provide examples when you say you are good at something like for ex: I am effective at handling stressful situations. They will ask you to provide an example in which you effectively handled a stressful situation. So don't lie or make up stuff because they will ask you clarify and explain. Also, don't lie about employment, education, criminal record because they will find out in their background process.

First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
