I had a phone screen interview at first with some very simple questions that just went over my resume and covered my general relevant work experience. It went well, so I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I arrived about fifteen minutes early and the receptionist was very courteous. She showed me where the closet was to hang my coat, gave me some water, and directed me to the bathroom so that I could freshen up since the interview was expected to be about 45-60 minutes. At first the in person interview was with a panel. The managers and HR staff interviewing me were all very pleasant. They asked questions about my work experience and some behavioural questions, but nothing too scary or out there. After talking with them for about 45 minutes, the senior manager came in to talk with me and get an impression of me. That portion of the interview was much more relaxed and was a chat to assess potential fit within company culture. All in all, a good experience. I'm glad I applied. Then I had to submit a document and pass a background check.
