Don't bother - waste of my time. I had been applying for this job for the better part of a year. Finally managed to secure an interview and they can't even be bothered to register me in their system so I can actually sit down with my scheduled interviewer. Apparently, they use a 3rd party to source applicants and communication between them is HORRENDOUS. I didn't even know the name of my interviewer and they aren't familiar with their talent sourcing staff so giving them the names of my contacts was useless. And I'm like y'all set this interview up! I ended up sitting in the security office for the better part of an hour after driving over 45 mins to get there as the staff were unable to resolve the issue (security did try and I am grateful but c'mon - y'all should be able to get in contact with people that need to be got in contact with!) It was an extremely embarrassing experience. I can't say I've ever been snubbed in an interview this hard. I've seen this job listed for a long time and heard rumors from friends that the turnover rate is ridiculous. If you ask me, they're probably not even hiring and making it look like they are for some kind of tax break or something. Why else would you ask a potential candidate to drive over 30 miles and not even bother to register them in your security system? I will not be conducting business with this company in any form from here on out.
