Mostly behavioral questions very focused on customer service. Made it clear that there was not much room to move to different parts of the company anytime soon. Based on the job description I was under the impression there would be room to learn about other departments and grow in the company.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.

2 separate interviews. 1 phone call and 1 zoom meeting. The zoom meeting was with 2 people. Both were very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere. Each one asked unique questions but the conversation involved everyone
