They ask questions that allow you to answer with examples. Go prepared with examples. They will do a phone interview and then they will do an interview with a few managers. Managers aren't intimidating. They're usually guys that are perfect for call center jobs and stayed around long enough to get promoted. Easy interview if you go prepared.
