Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) en abr 2008
Entrevista
I was brought in for three rounds of interviews after a phone screening. During each round of interviews , i spoke with two to three different managers or analysts. Most of the questions were based off my work experience and not my GPA or course load. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes long and were not difficult in terms of questioning.

What is your definition of a leader and then a manager?
I applied online and expressed flexibility regarding salary, emphasizing that my primary goal was simply to be given an opportunity to be considered. Unfortunately, I never received any response, even as I continued to see the same position reposted week after week and month after month. As a candidate with a near 4.0 GPA, the lack of communication was especially discouraging. I also invested over $500 in professional attire, shoes, and travel expenses in preparation for the process. I would appreciate more transparency and communication throughout the hiring process, as the experience left me feeling overlooked and uncertain about where I stood.
