Online Cognitive and Personality test. Month of silence. Invitation to online Interview. Hiring process is chaotic and non-transparent. Interviewers seemed not to be well prepared. The interview did not have clear structure and they were not giving any visual or audible feedback, which is quite important with online interviews. At the end it felt like all the tries to talk about my perspective were ended soon and their questions were not trying to reveal your passion and true purpose.
