They asked me questions that are not relatable and they didn't really care about my personality buy mostly if I answer what they wanted to hear. Just go by the books and you'll get the job. Mention soft-skills.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
